Digital wallet management tools
Payment processing services (Codex Pay)
NFT marketplace browsing
DeFi staking information and interfaces
Cryptocurrency portfolio tracking

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

5. Third-Party Services

Important: CODEX Wallet integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and services, including but not limited to:

Coinbase - For cryptocurrency trading
NOWPayments - For payment processing
Aave Protocol - For DeFi staking

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not control and are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers.

6. Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile
Past performance does not guarantee future results
You may lose some or all of your investment
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible
Regulatory changes may affect cryptocurrency services

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
Attempt to circumvent security measures
Interfere with the Platform's operation
Impersonate others or provide false information
Use automated systems without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by OMNIVERSE SYNDICATE LLC or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNIVERSE SYNDICATE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OMNIVERSE SYNDICATE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
